Hi, I’m a busy mum of two, and like many parents, I quickly realised just how tricky it can be to get out the door every day with little ones. Especially after my second child arrived! I was constantly looking for ways to keep my kids active, happy, and off screens… without the daily stress of packing up and heading to the park.
That’s when I created our very own outdoor play space at home and honestly, it was a game changer. Watching my kids run, climb, swing and let their imaginations run wild reminded me how powerful unstructured outdoor play can be. I’m not the most creative when it comes to inventing games, but the right play equipment does the heavy lifting, encouraging movement, exploration, and joy.
That experience inspired me to launch Kids Outdoor Haven - to help other Aussie families create their own backyard adventure zones. I know every household is different, which is why we take the time to really listen and understand what your family needs.
