If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order.  

The warehouse for this product is based in Melbourne, so the closer you are to Melbourne the faster you will receive your order. Most deliveries will arrive within 5 to 12 business days. 

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  

If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within 4 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@kidsoutdoorhaven.com.au.

This item is available for click and collect at no extra charge to you! This means you will save on any shipping costs. 

After completing your purchase online we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order is ready for collection. Orders are generally ready for collection the next business day. Please allow for more time during peak season. 

We will then arrange a time for you to pick up your item(s) via the email or phone number you used when making your order. 

Collection is by appointment only. Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm. 

The warehouse is located at 24 Simms Road, Greensborough VIC.
